After putting online order and paying for my order, i received a call informing that online menu and prices are not updated so I need to pay the difference at deliver time otherwise my order will be cancelled. Not happy customer

I waited over 2 hours for my delivery, the food had been prepared and left sitting somewhere hot till it could be delivered, my salad was hot and the chicken pakora was all tough and dry it went in the bin. Don’t waste your money absolutely disgusting.

Ordered one fish supper & two single smoked sausages for my two dogs @ 18:20 on Sunday 01/09/24; at 20:20 still no sign of delivery (15 minute car journey from this outlet to my home). I decided enough was enough & called the chip shop for an update: was informed the driver had just left with my order. This is the second time the delivery was very late: the only consolation is this: they do make the best fish & chips in the area otherwise I would have voted with my feet long ago.

Waited over 2 hours on my food being delivered, when I phoned the shop to ask about my delivery, they were rude and hung up the phone on me. WONT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN.
