Ordered one fish supper & two single smoked sausages for my two dogs @ 18:20 on Sunday 01/09/24; at 20:20 still no sign of delivery (15 minute car journey from this outlet to my home). I decided enough was enough & called the chip shop for an update: was informed the driver had just left with my order. This is the second time the delivery was very late: the only consolation is this: they do make the best fish & chips in the area otherwise I would have voted with my feet long ago.

Waited over 2 hours on my food being delivered, when I phoned the shop to ask about my delivery, they were rude and hung up the phone on me. WONT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN.

Food was cold and received a box of the dregs from the chip fryer instead of actual chips. Delivery- booked a scheduled delivery for 6:30 and it arrived at 7:45. Phoned at 6:55 and man told me it was out for delivery. Phoned again at 7:30 where a young girl was obviously stressed as she was cheeky and snappy and informed me that it had just left the shop and slammed the phone down. Will not use their service again.

Pizza was excellent but the chips was cold

Place an order on the website it said delivery by 18:20, I placed the order at 17:35. I phoned at 18:45 and was told it would still be another 40 min so went to collect it instead. There is no collection queue so had to wait another 20min in store. Despite the wait the food was amazing! Which is the main thing

Ordered for 9.20 deliver 10.15 delivered after phoning! Food was dry and unbearable

meal took over 2hrs to arrive- phoned & told don’t deliver to your area but will this once & Had to pay driver extra. Food disgusting 🤮 esp the curry

The food was good and still warm. Ordered really early hoping it would only be an hour, it took nearly 2 hrs but it was Xmas Eve Eve so made allowances.

After waiting for an hour and a half and repeatedly calling restaurant for update and getting no answer I went to the shop and was told they had no record of the order then my granddaughter phoned to say it had just been delivered the food was cold and chicken steaks were so overcooked they had to be binned Will not order from here again
